La, la, la....I finally made it out to the windy city - and for all my fear of a cold blustery weekend, I was pleasantly suprised by sunny and beautiful days. I really like winter, in case no-one knows that. I love snow, and have been very disappointed with the lack of it this winter white.I also just ordered a new phone. But it tried to deliver 3 times at home, and we werent' there so I rescheduled it to go to my office. Which it did but is expected to get there tommorow.But now, the winter white is expected to come down so I'm going to work from

Yup, it happened. And it was wonderful. And now we're home, back to our kitty cats (who only held a slight grudge) and the piles of Christmas decorations and wedding centerpiecess that are filling every corner of the house. till I'm an old married woman. Today was my last day of work, and it ended with a bang - left my keys in Brooklyn. Luckily I had my car key, so while I drove around SI looking for a &*^%#$^$^*(&&$# cell signal on my *^$@$%%@*() phone, I could stay warm. It only took Jack and hour and a halft to get home after me - so not bad, huh.
