I love Alton Brown, the star of
Good Eats. Besides teaching me some of the most interesting things about cooking, and being quite cute while doing it, his thoughts on life seem to strike a chord in my heart.
Today's entry amuses me, although his thoughts on corporations, as well as his opinions on the whole mad cow scare are right on the money. I only wish you could see some of his past entries that are no longer on the page. But read on down - he's cool!
