Today we visited Carrerra, home to Michalangelo and beautiful marble. We walked through a quarry, and watched some excavation.
Again, the food was delicious, including the traditional Tuscan dishes, which included turkey carpaccio, a tomato bread soup thing, and vegetable crepes with gorgonzola cream.
Dinner was no downer either, with broccoli flan, pasta pomodoro and chicken something or other stewed with mushrooms. And the apple gelato was back.
